We like dealing with local florists and Dean's was a nice surprise. He was very friendly and accommodating. Our recipient sent us a photo planter and it was absolutely gorgeous. We we're left with the satisfaction of knowing that we got our money's worth in service and product.

The recipient loves the Medium Dish Garden she received and it was thoughtful of the florist to call the recipient in advance. So that is a 5-star review. However, I understood that by increasing the cost of the Medium Dish Garden that it would include "flowers." But those flowers ended up being green plants. As a result, I asked the recipient to send me a pix, so I learned from her that there were no flowers. Perhaps the website should change the terminology from "flowers" to "green plants." A 4-star review
